• Permanent Employee of Bangladesh Power development board can be apply for Home loan/Flat loan.
• Home loan (Residential) for construction building (lone). Ready House purchase with land (lone). Home loan (Residential) construction building with land purchase (group), Home loan for construction building (group) and Ready Flat purchase loan.
• Maximum Age limit 58 Years.
• Group member will be maximum 15.
• Interest Rate 9% (Simple); Customer segment 4% & PDB Subsidy 5%.

Charges and Fees

• Charges : Legal fees, Mortgage deed & irrevocable power deed fees and other documentation fees/charges have to be paid by the Applicant (Actual).
• Loan processing Fees : Loan Processing Fee not needed.
