• Loan Tenor: For term loan Maximum 60 months (installment monthly/ quarterly).
• Loan Tenor: For continuous loan as for Bank Rules.
• Interest Rates: 9.00% (Variable).
• Security: Auxiliary collateral need not required for professionals but educational certificate or professional certificate and Personal guarantee and third party guarantee are required.
• Security: Without educational or professional certificate, auxiliary collateral real state is required.

Customer Segments

• Citizens in Bangladesh will be able to avail this loan facility from a privately owned or partnership organization.
• Engineer, Doctor, layer, CA, CMA, Technicians, Nurse, health Technicians, Para-medics, other trained professionals and persons who get at least one year of training from a govt. approved institutions are eligible to take this Loan.

Charges and Fees

• Loan application fees: BDT 200.
• Documentation Fees, CIB Charge, Stamp charges And Legal and Valuation Fees are recoverable at actual amount.
• Early Settlement Fees: Not needed.
