• Loan amount: Loan maximum BDT 5 crores.
• Loan Tenor: For continuous loan as for Bank Rules.
• Interest Rates: 9.00% (Variable).
• Security: Auxiliary collateral real state needed for Exclusive ownership the maximum loan amount (MCL) will be 75% of the immediate sell price of the property and co-shared/ third party ownership the maximum loan amount (MCL) will be 50% of the immediate sell price of the property.

• Trading micro entrepreneurs and small entrepreneurs in Bangladesh will be able to avail this loan facility.

Charges and Fees

• Loan application fees: BDT 200.
• Documentation Fees, CIB Charge, Stamp charge, Legal and Valuation Fees are recoverable at actual amount.
• Early Settlement Fees : Not needed
