1. What is Qpay Bangladesh?

"QPay Bangladesh" is a revolutionary payment application App that enables bank's debit card Customers to do financial transactions on the go.

2. How to use Qpay?

Qpay Bangladesh application has many use cases such as mobile recharge, fund transfers, credit card bill payment, transferring money to MFS accounts, withdrawing Cash from ATM Booths, paying utility (water, gas, electricity, Satellite TV) bills, make QR payments etc.

3. How to access the Qpay application?

You can download the application by searching for it in Google Play Store for the Android version and Apple App Store for the iOS version.

4. What is the android or iOS minimum version requirement to use the Quay application?

The minimum requirement to use Qpay is: For iOS: Version 9 and up. For Android: Version 7 and up.

5. What is CVV?

CVV or “Card Verification Value” is a security code used in the second step of online payment security verification. This code is usually composed of a three-digit number. The CVV code is usually displayed on the back side of the card.

Never share your PIN, CVV and OTP with anyone.

6. How to create a Qpay account?

Please follow the steps to create your Qpay account:
 • Step-1: Open your Qpay app.
 • Step-2: Tap on "Sign Up" and click on "Continue".
 • Step-3: Verify the mobile number using a One-time password (OTP).
 • Step-4: Set up a Personal Identification Number (PIN). Your temporary account has been created.
 • Step-5: Login using your mobile number and PIN.
 • Step-6: Verify email address using OTP.
 • Step-7: Take a selfie.
 • Step-8: Enter personal information by capturing the NID card's front and back images.
 • Step-9: Verify profile picture and NID card information.
 • Step-10: Click on "Submit".
 • Step-11: Your account has been created.

7. How do you transfer money from a card to a bank account?

Kindly follow the steps to transfer funds from any card to a bank account:
 • Step-1: Log in to the Qpay application.
 • Step-2: Click on "Fund Transfer".
 • Step-3: Select your linked card by tapping "Select Source".
 • Step-4: Select your linked bank account by tapping "Select Destination".
 • Step-5: Enter Amount.
 • Step-6: Click "Next".
 • Step-7: Click on "Generate OTP"
 • Step-8: Enter OTP.
 • Step-9: Your transaction is complete.

8. How to add a beneficiary in Qpay?

Kindly follow the steps to add a beneficiary in Qpay:
 • Step-1: Log in to the Qpay application.
 • Step-2: Click on "Add Beneficiary".
 • Step-3: Select the beneficiary type.
 • Step-4: Select Bank/Financial Institution of the beneficiary.
 • Step-5: Insert card/account number.
 • Step-6: Enter a short name.
 • Step-7: Click on ‘Confirm’.
 • Step-8: Your beneficiary has been added.

9. How to reset Qpay PIN?

You can reset your PIN by following the steps below:
 • Step-1: Log in to the Qpay application.
 • Step-2: Tap "More" on the bottom navigation bar.
 • Step-3: Click on "Change PIN".
 • Step-4: Enter the existing PIN, and new PIN and confirm the new PIN.
 • Step-5: Click on "Confirm".
 • Step-6: Your PIN will be reset successfully.

10. What is the PIN code policy?

Guidelines for PIN set-up:
 • Step-1: PIN code must be 6 digits in length.
 • Step-2: Use only numeric digits when entering your PIN.
 • Step-3: Do not use zero (0) as the first digit of your PIN.
 • Step-4: Do not use sequential or the same numeric digits consecutively as your PIN; E.g. 123456, 987654, 112376, 333444, 555555 etc.
 • Step-5: You cannot repeat the last 5 used PIN codes as your new PIN.

11. Can I do transactions 24/7 using Qpay?

Yes, You can do transactions 24/7, 365 days.

12. Who is eligible to open a Qpay account?

Requirements to open a Qpay account:
 • Bangladeshi Citizen.
 • 18 years of age or above.
 • Have a valid mobile phone number.
 • Have a valid email address.
 • Have a valid Bangladeshi smart/old/temporary National Identity Card (NID).

13. How do I recover my PIN in case I forget?

You can create a new PIN by following the steps below:
 • Step-1: Open Qpay application.
 • Step-2: Tap "Forgot PIN" on the login page.
 • Step-3: Enter your mobile number.
 • Step-4: Contact Qpay Support Team by pressing the Call icon or dial +8809666727279.
 • Step-6: Insert the OTP.
 • Step-7: Enter a new PIN.
 • Step-8: Confirm the new PIN.
 • Step-9: Tap "Confirm".
 • Step-10: PIN will be reset successfully.
 Note: In addition to this, you can also send us an email at support@qpaybd.com.bd.

14. What happens if I enter an incorrect PIN multiple times?

If you enter the wrong PIN 5 consecutive times, your Qpay account PIN will be temporarily blocked for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes you can again. However, if you totally forget your PIN, you have to follow the instructions of the Forget PIN feature.

15. What happens if my Qpay account is hacked or my phone is lost?

16. What happens if I log in to the Qpay application from a different device?

An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. You have to use that OTP to log in to the Qpay application from the new device.

17. If my profile information is incorrect, how do I update my information?

Call our helpline at +8809666727279 or email us at support@qpaybd.com.bd and we will update your information after verification.

18. How can I withdraw money from an ATM using the Qpay application?

You can withdraw cash from any ATM in Bangladesh that supports QCash network using our QPay application.
 ATM Cash Withdrawal is completed in two parts. Firstly, you have to generate a Cash by Code using the Qpay application. Afterwards, you have to use that Cash by Code to withdraw Cash from any Q-Cash supported ATM booths.
 Kindly follow the steps to use ATM Cash Withdrawal feature of Qpay:
 Part-1: Generate Cash by Code:
 • 1. Log in to the Qpay application.
 • 2. Click on "Cash by Code".
 • 3. Select your linked card by tapping "Select Source".
 • 4. Enter Amount.
 • 5. Agree to the terms and conditions by checking the box.
 • 6. Click "Next".
 • 7. Click on "Generate OTP".
 • 8. Enter OTP.
 • 9. Your token for ATM Cash Withdrawal is generated.
 Part-2: Withdraw cash from ATM booth:
 • 10. Go to the designated Q-Cash supported ATM booth.
 • 11. Select the cash out option from QPay.
 • 12. Enter registered mobile number.
 • 13. Enter Cash by Code token.
 • 14. Enter withdrawal amount.
 • 15. Click "OK".
 • 16. Collect cash from ATM machine.

19. Does QPay charge for cash withdrawal?

You will be charged only when you generate the Cash by Code using the Qpay application, not during the actual cash withdrawal from ATM booths. For further details, please check the Fee calculator menu.

20. What are the usage limits?

Each transaction has a limit. To check your limit:
 • Go to Dashboard
 • Click on More in the bottom navigation bar
 • Click on Limit

21. Which ATM booths support the Cash by code feature of Qpay application?

22. How to pay merchant payment/shopping bill through Bangla QR from card?

Kindly follow the steps to pay merchant payment/shopping bill through Bangla QR from card:
 • Step-1: Log in to the Qpay application.
 • Step-2: Click on "QR".
 • Step-3: By Capturing QR, Automatically added the Marchant Name &     Account.
 • Step-4: Select your linked card by tapping "Select Source".
 • Step-5: Enter Amount.
 • Step-6: Click "Submit".
 • Step-7: Click on "Generate OTP"
 • Step-8: Enter OTP.
 • Step-9: Your transaction is complete.

23. How do I check account balance?

You can check account balance by following the steps below:
 • Step-1: Log in to the Qpay application.
 • Step-2: Click on "Cards".
 • Step-3: Select your Card.
 • Step-4: Select "CARD/ACCOUNT BALANCE".
 • Step-5: Available balance Shown on Screen.
